Kindergarten Sibling Registration
WHEN AND WHERE
- Monday, December 10 to Friday, December 21, 2018 from 9:00 am – 2:30 pm at the Office.
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
- Children born in 2014 are eligible for Kindergarten in 2019-2020.
- Proof of age is required at time of registration: Birth Certificate, Passport, Permanent Residence Card, BC Services Card (photo version only), Aboriginal Status Card, Certificate of Citizenship or Immigration Canada document.
- Note: The BC Care Card is not acceptable proof of age
- Proof of Residency in BC: Proof of Physical Home Address (for Catchment area schools):
• Parent's Care Card (not student's) Note: Driver's license, proof of purchase of residence, municipal
- Parent's BC Services Card (not student's) tax bill, letter stating current address notarized by a lawyer or notary
• Driver's License public, rental agreement (accompanied with a gas, cable, telephone
• Municipal Tax Bill or hydro bill), credit card invoice, or mortgage statement.
• Rental Agreement - Utility Bill
After Kindergarten Sibling Registration is completed, students who have filled out a Kindergarten School of Choice Wait List Application Form in the office will be called to register if there is room in the classrooms. If there is no room left, parents will need to go to their Catchment School to register for Kindergarten on Monday, January 14 to Friday, January 18, 2019. All students who are not able to register for Kindergarten for 2019-2020, are automatically placed on ESR Elementary's Wait List for Grades 1-6. If you do not wish to be placed on the Wait List, please let the office know.
